COVID-19 Update

Dear Residents, Families and Friends,

Our second vaccination clinic this past Saturday went off with great success. We would like to thank all the residents and their families for supporting these efforts to make our community even safer.

We have the completed vaccine cards and they are available for residents. If you are a resident’s responsible party and would like their card to be kept with you, please let us know so we can make arrangements for pick up. All Safe Haven resident vaccination cards will automatically be available at the front desk for the responsible party to pick up.
