Annual Fire Alarm

Dear Residents, families, and friends,

On February 23^rd starting at 9 am, we will be having our annual fire alarm and emergency generator testing. There will be alarms going off as part of the testing. The fire protection company, accompanied by a Gardens employee, will need access to each resident’s apartment. To test the generator, the power will be shut down for approximately one hour.

On March 1 starting at 8:30am, the fire safety company will return to install new sprinkler heads throughout the building and will need access to resident’s apartments. Again, they will be accompanied at all times by a Gardens employee. We apologize for any inconvenience or disruption on those days.
