The Gardens at Park Balboa is located in Van Nuys on the east side of Kester Avenue, between Sherman Way and Vanowen Street. The Gardens is easy to find and is just a few minutes from 3 Freeways.

DIRECTIONS
From the 405 Freeway
  1. Take the Sherman Way East exit
  2. Follow Sherman Way to Kester
  3. Turn right (South) on Kester
  4. The Gardens will be on your left

From the 101 Freeway
  1. Take the Van Nuys Blvd. exit
  2. Go north on Van Nuys Blvd
  3. Turn left on Vanowen Street, and right on Kester
  4. The Gardens will be on your right

From the 170 (Hollywood Freeway)
  1. Take the Sherman Way (West) exit
  2. Follow Sherman Way 2 miles to Kester
  3. Turn left on Kester
  4. The Gardens will be on your left
