like to welcome you to the Gardens at Park Balboa, an
Assisted Living residence in Van Nuys, California. This
recently remodeled building is located in the heart of
the San Fernando Valley, just blocks away from 2 major
hospitals, and convenient to all freeways.
The Gardens has been a retirement home of choice for many
years, and has the atmosphere of an active club, with
100 studio and one-bedroom apartments. Designed like a
garden-apartment building, our units look out onto lovely
courtyards filled with flowers year round.
Fully-grown trees add to the country atmosphere while staying right in the city.
One wing of the building Safe Haven, is a secure setting for our residents
with Alzheimer’s
Disease, which is outfitted with its own shaded patio
and walking paths. There, our residents enjoy their own
dining and living room, and have the comfort of 24 hour
staffing to ensure their safety and continued good health.
